WHY VOLUNTEER?

Many people in Atlantic City face challenges in obtaining enough to eat, feed their families, and clothe themselves. By volunteering:

 

  • You can make a difference!

  • Volunteering can be an education!

  • You’ll learn more about yourself

  • You’ll have the opportunity to give back, to pay it forward

  • You’ll meet people who “walk the walk” as well as “talk the talk”

  • You may inspire others to do the same

VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES

  • Greet guests

  • Organize donated food, prepare it for distribution

  • Help with set-up and clean-up

  • Serve hot meals

  • Sort donated clothing, organize by season, size, gender

  • Pick up food donations at various sites and deliver to Sister Jean’s
